Assemblage

Where the painting overcomes its two-dimensionality and becomes perceptible in layers, planes and hills, where its structure becomes tangible, we speak in painting of assemblage. In the case of our assemblage, both are true: what makes it stand out is its complexity with floral scents, notes of toasted almonds and fresh brioche, its creamy texture that reminds us of the wines and vineyards of Burgundy, and the incomparable way it envelops the palate in a long and lingering way.
